Our featured chef, Jacque' Rudman, is well versed in International Cuisine from a variety of cultures with a French Nouveau style, she specializes in multi course chef's tastings using her own custom blended curries, pestos, sauces & seasonings. Using the freshest, most natural ingredients available, she is also known for diabetic and vegetarian menus to include the herbs and edible flowers grown in her own garden.

Join us as we prepare exciting dishes and dine on the fruits of our labor in a beautiful historical home in Fredericksburg, TX. Meet at Town Creek Bed & Breakfast and carpool to a local orchard where we will learn all about peaches from the people that grow them. Using fresh picked peaches, we will return to TCB&B where Chef Jacque' will teach us to prepare delicious peach dishes.Frederickburg Cooking Academy
