Join this Mediterranean cooking journey to Greece with featured chef Timothy Gikas.

In his class you will enjoy the hands-on experience of learning techniques to grill Pork Souvlaki, Lamb, and Vegetables Greek style taught to the chef by his YaYa (Greek for grandmother). We’ll use the freshest, local ingredients when possible. Attendees will enjoy the open cultural discussion of the Greek cooking heritage during class.

Grilled pita with Tzatziki, Skordalia and olives

Greek salad made with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, feta, olives, lemon juice and olive oil

Souvlaki: Grilled pork kebabs with lemon, garlic & rosemary
Grilled lamb kebabs spiced with cinnamon & clove (served with cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, tzatziki) served on pita bread

Grilled eggplant & summer squash with oregano and olive oil
Roasted potatoes with garlic lemon, and oregano
