Join us as we prepare a Four Course Meal and dine on the fruits of our labor in a beautiful historical home in Fredericksburg, TX.   Our featured chef, Susan Johnson, will lead us through making the best grilled tenderloin and ratatouille, paired with the local wines, of course.  Our small class format allows you to actually learn new skills as you cook under Ms. Johnson’s skillful direction.  Go home refreshed and equipped with recipes and cooking secrets you can use for a lifetime. Ingredients are local and organic where possible.
